My research is focused on understanding the connections between children’s early environments and their development of school readiness skills (e.g., language abilities, self-regulation, executive function, academic achievement). I am particularly interested in the role that education interventions and policies can play in fostering successful development in order to reduce academic, health, and economic inequalities.
What I want to achieve:
I aim to conduct research that has the potential for improving the lives of children and families through interventions and policy.
