I am involved in assessment to help teachers improve student learning. This involves learning theory, psychometrics and developmental progressions for setting criteria for learning outcomes. Assessment has been applied in early childhood literacy and numeracy, in higher education, in vocational training and in industry education.
What I want to achieve:
Wherever people are learning, it is important to treat learning as a process of development, growth and improvement. This demands that educators make evidence based decisions so that teaching is well targeted.
